Welcome to Vin'Oliva Only Best Oils and Vinegars(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at vinolivaoils.com(the “Site”) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products and Availability

We sell premium olive oils, vinegars, and related specialty food products. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information for all purchases.

4. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.00 per item is applied at checkout. Shipping times vary and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with a description and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been shipped by contacting us. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
